How is it calculated?
Total bitrate ≈ video + audio. File bytes ≈ bitrate (bit/s) × duration / 8. Container overhead and variable bitrate can alter the real result.
Example
Example: 20 Mbps video + 0.3 Mbps audio for 60 minutes is roughly 9 GB.
